Our products are made with carefully selected natural and plant-based ingredients, and Clover is committed to cruelty-free practices.

Many of our products are gentle, but everyone's skin is different. We recommend checking the ingredients and doing a patch test before use.

The ingredients are listed on each product page and/or on the product packaging.

We currently deliver across Egypt.

Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery fees depend on your location and order and are shown at checkout or confirmed with your order.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking or delivery information. You can also contact us with your order number for an update.

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned.

Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order.
